The greenest buildings are the ones that already exist. Repurposing old buildings minimizes use of land and the resources needed for the construction of new buildings. We're working hard on adaptive re-use of a historic gem in Georgetown, renovating and revitalizing a property first built in 1908. Our new space at 1510 31st St NW will be ready in late Summer 2020.
